You are eligible for a full refund if requested before the official course launch date
The refund must be requested in writing through our support channels
Pre-launch refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

The refund is requested within 7 days of purchase
You have not completed more than 25% of the course content
You can provide a valid reason for the refund request

You have downloaded or copied course materials

Course Access After Refund

Upon refund approval:

Your access to the course will be immediately revoked
You must cease using any downloaded materials
Your account will be marked as refunded
