• Ability to stream video content

2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Multiple concurrent logins are not permitted.

3.1. Course Content Delivery:

• Course content is delivered through our website platform
• Videos are streamed and may not be downloaded unless explicitly permitted
• Access is provided for the duration specified at purchase
• We track your course progress and completion status

3.2. Access Restrictions:

• Your access is personal and non-transferable
• Sharing access or attempting to bypass our security measures is prohibited
• We monitor unusual access patterns and may suspend accounts showing suspicious activity
• Access may be revoked for violation of these terms

3.3. Video Content Usage:

• Videos may not be recorded, downloaded, or captured in any way
• Screen recording or sharing during video playback is prohibited
• Video content may only be viewed through our platform
• Course progress and viewing history are tracked for security purposes

4.1. Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4.2. You may not:

• Share your login credentials with others
• Allow others to access your account
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Course Content
• Use Course Content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Create derivative works based on the Course Content

4.3. Platform Usage:

4.4. Access Duration:

• Access duration begins from the date of purchase

5.2. The Canva templates and designs provided in the Course may only be used in accordance with Canva's terms of service and our Course guidelines.

5.3. You may use the templates and skills learned for your real estate business, but may not resell or distribute the Course Content.

6.1. Course fees are as advertised and must be paid in full before access is granted.

6.2. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.3. We reserve the right to modify pricing for future sales at any time.

10.2. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Course Content.
